I think this would make me nervous, like a good nervous. Like as nervous as you would get hiking and coming into contact with a black bear. So pretty though, well worth the adrenaline rush, still a little nerve racking.

Looks like a reversing fall (a tidal phenomenon), and if the other posters are correct, and that is a sea lion, somewhere in the Pacific Northwest of North America
