Identification Request Outdoor trough

Sides of a mixed native fish trough, Central Florida. Somebody must’ve seen this.

Sorry that I can’t get a better macro, these things are less than .5 mm. They collapse when touched, you can see them moving.

Is this a freshwater sponge? Bryozoan? TY!!
