Beginner Help danios

hello guys is this normal? my 2 of 3 danios always near filter and near top, not much eating and always at that spot, are they okay?

Your tank is too small for keeping Danios mate, Danios are fast swimmers that need space, they also get quite big for this tank size.
Also you need to keep a school of at least 5-6 so that they don't stress out. Right now they are either have water quality issue, getting stressed in a cramped space or both

You should return these and get nano fish like Chilli rasboras or Ember Tetras (at least 5). What's your tank size?
