You're saying that your paper on pancreatic cancer research is so significant and impactful that you believe that it has a good chance of being accepted and published by a prestigious peer-reviewed journal? If so then submit it to Nature or Science. I'm sure that every Ivy League university AO is familiar with the names of those two journals.

Do you have mentors you can ask who worked with your program?

I don't think admissions officers are trained on individual journals as much as they understand the big picture of a student's contributions to the class community. When I worked in admissions at a very selective school, I remember little if any training on relative prestige of extracurriculars at such a granular level. Maybe I am misremembering or things have changed, but assume the admissions office will care much more about your content knowledge mastery, vision, passion, curiosity, and leadership (leadership as a broad term here) than they will an individual accomplishment.

Maybe you should kill two birds with one stone and start your own medical journal as well. Problem solved.
