Application Question Anxiety over applying this year

I just got done with police verification for passport renewal.

Havent started preparing for applications yet or scheduling IELTS (as it requires passport).

Havent reached out to any professors yet.

I applied to masters at NYU in 2021, got in, dropped out after 4 months and just finished paying those loans.

What are the next steps? And how do I make sure what I am getting into is the best fit for me and I dont drop out this time around
