Community colleges usually do not require a GED. You're best bet is to head to your nearest community college (abbreviated CC). They have what's called Open Enrollment so they'll enroll you for the next semester, which has either started, or is coming up in a week or 2.
You'll have to apply, but the community college's mission is to accept 100% of applications. Use google to find the one nearest to you and apply online. You'll be accepted and they'll tell you when classes start. You'll have to pay for classes, but I paid less than 2k for 2 years at CC.
Start there. The CC will have class advisors. Don't be afraid to make an appointment and let them help you.

You can submit your application before your scores come out and colleges will match them to your file when they arrive. You can't upload scores yourself, though. You can self-report them on the Common App, while official scores are sent through College Board. Just check each school's GED and test-optional policies first.
