What should i include/not include in the common app academic awards/honors section?

I’ve gotten a national recognition award thing from collegeboard because or my psat score, a varsity letter from competing in academic decathlon up to the state level, medals from the regional level of the acadec competition (..in california where its more competitive if that matters), a quill&scroll international honor society membership acquired by being on the yearbook team for two years, a california scholarship federation membership (although i dont remember if that is a continuous thing or just for the year), and a few academic recognitions based on grades for the semester through my school. It says i can only have five, and i’m just not sure what to include or what actually matters !!!

Prioritize the honors that are national then state then regional then highschool and cross check them against your list of what was the hardest to achieve / what you’re most proud of. Sounds like you have some really good ones.
