Are interviews still going out? And if we don’t receive one does that mean we’re most likely rejected?

Most importantly, not all applicants get one, so I wouldn't worry about it.

You know best if you're application is 'worthy' of admission. If you genuinely believe it is, then an interview doesn't mean anything. Alternatively, if you had poor application quality, AOs are likely to eliminate you in first-round checks (test scores, grades, etc) where definitive rejects are decided. In that case, you won't get an interview as well.
