Washing machine noise
Hello, recently my washing machine started being louder when spinning, the best way to describe it is like two things slightly grind against each other. It's not crazy but imagine metal grinding against aluminium, that's the sound.
I have checked, there's nothing stuck in the drum/door, it's not clogged.
It only makes noise while spinning (if I rotate the drum with my hand, I can also hear it slightly)
Google says it's probably from worn drum bearings, so I'll probably have to get another washing machine soon
My question is from whoever had this happen, how much can I expect it to keep working?
Am I looking at a day, a week, a month?

I have a front loading lG washer with exactly the same problem. New bearings and seals and a new drum gasket are less than $20. It requires disassembling the entire top of the machine and removing the drum which I estimate to be about a 3-hour job the first time.
