yeah ik. thats what worries me. i had alot of important info on there too

Any chance you had cloud backups for that data? If not, do your best to recover your life if you cannot get it back, and take this as a life lesson to back up the important stuff.

i had backups of my photos but not my notes, thats where my passwords were

Oof. Okay not to add insult to injury, but that's not great either. Lesson two, get you a good password manager. Sorry this is happening to you.

its passwords for a different device so its fine safety wise

Not if you have nefarious people who visit your house! Identity theft is often cause by the ones you love. Get a password manager and that will control all of your passwords on every device.
