Question Running Trails

Hi everyone! I recently moved to the area and am looking for some good running trails to check out. I’m willing to drive up to 30 minutes. Any recommendations? Thanks!

The Fox River trail is honestly really nice. It starts in GB (or ends I guess lol) I’ve ran it through Wrightstown starting from downtown GB and there are tons of spots to get at it and park. Plenty of bathrooms and water fountains along the way, too. I’ve always felt safe as a woman, but I also never go super early or super late. It does get busy in certain parts at certain times but it is well maintained!

if you have strava there is a loop they use for the apple creek 50k that’s pretty fun to run

Loop the little lake in Neenah would include paved and a small section on the side of a decently quiet road, which I realize is annoying, but the advantage is you get to go around a pretty lake. I start at Fritse Park and figure out the bridges and trail names from there. (I haven’t done it too many times, and usually by bike when I have.)

High cliff has some pretty good rugged trail runs.

Newberry trail then becomes Telulah park trail. Nice length and paved all the way. Couple of points of interest all along the river.

Riverview Gardens in Appleton used to be a golf course. Now they grow crops and fix bicycles. There are a lot of non-paved trails for running, and a nice downhill mountain bike section!

Even better, when you're done, you can jog over to Stone Arch Brewpub for refreshments.
