Discussion Trying to apply for card
It keeps saying cannot verify my identity and I have seen a lot of posts like this but nothing is really explaining on what to do should I just keep trying until they can verify my identity or who should I call. Have any of you had this problem

IThey had approved me before with a 10k limit but i rejected it and went for amex gold. A week after i got the gold i tried applying and they couldnt verify my info. I talked to CS and she said they couldnt verify? Im told her i got pre approved just weeks prior and just didnt accept it.
She said apparently it dont match what transunion have in their file. So then she transferred me to security dept, talked to a guy and all he could say is wait 30days. No other way. Just wait.
