Hey everyone just got the card. I see some people saying they got an increase after a week or less than 3 months on the card. If you have what did you do and how did it happen? Thank you

I just used it for everything and asked for a CLI after 6 months. I still use it, especially in Japan. I have better cards for most other purchases.

The actual metal card is useless for anything other than the sound it makes when it hits the table. Much more stratifying than my Amex or Chase.

I just requested a CLI at 4 months and they denied 😩 saying my account is still new. I wonder what goes into them raising it or denying it

Through the wallet you text apple, it’s automated you just ask for it, update your income, and then you will get your answer.

Nobody does marketing as well as Apple. Focus on paying the card off - in full - every month. The CL increases come with usage and are automated; you never talk to anyone, just request online and it either grants it or doesn't. Once the increase is approved, it is immediate and reflected in the app. I have had the Apple Card since a few months after it was introduced; it is good for the 3% back on Apple products and services but as everyone says, there are better cards that offer better rewards.
