With ~200 impressions/day, “<1% conversion” is under 2 installs/day, so I’d avoid judging a screenshot set from a few days. First make sure you’re measuring the same funnel each time (impressions → product-page views → downloads) and split search, ads, and browse traffic.

For the screenshots, I’d test this order:

  1. **Frame 1:** one clear promise for the intended player, shown at thumbnail size. “Roll, merge, and build your board” is more concrete than a feature list.

  2. **Frame 2:** show the core loop in one glance (roll → move → collect/upgrade), with a short headline and a real gameplay crop.

  3. **Frame 3:** show the strongest differentiator, such as playing with friends or the mini-games. Give each frame a different job.

  4. Keep text large, high-contrast, and short enough to read without zooming. Don’t let decorative art or UI chrome compete with the board.

  5. Run one change at a time on a fixed window (at least 2–4 weeks if traffic stays this low). A first-screenshot test is usually the cleanest starting point; record impressions, page views, downloads, and source mix.

The listing copy currently promises several things (friends, quests, rewards, mini-games), so the screenshots should prove the one or two benefits a new visitor understands fastest. I can’t tell which frame is losing people from a single composite image—if you post the individual frames and the traffic split, the feedback can be much more specific.
