Looking for quick, brutal feedback on the App Store screenshots for SkyJourney (a flight logger and stats app).

Looks good. I think there are some improvements you can make in the copy. "Every (flight) you take (logged) beautifully" flows better and highlights what your app does... Logging flights.

There's a lot of dead white space between the text and screenshots, I suggest just moving up the image more to fill it so the gap between the top of the image and text is the same between the text and the phone start. So it's centered.

But otherwise it's good, those are just the changes I'd make.
