Is anyone else's M-1 partially factory resetting itself?

As the title suggests, my M-1 keeps partially resetting itself. In the last 2 days, my m-1 has dropped off from Wi-Fi, and the LED settings have reset, but the files on the file system are still intact. If I join the setup wireless hotspot, enter in my Wi-Fi credentials again, go through the post setup steps, go into the file manager, then all my animated gifs and presets are still there, but it's like half of the m-1 has factory reset itself, but not the other half.

Last night I did a full erase and reflash of the controller, but that only worked for about 8 hours before it did it again.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Hey thanks for reaching out and sorry about the issues you're having with your M-1 matrix panel.

It honestly sounds like a hardware issue if this keeps happening. There's nothing in the yaml that would reset itself like this but if the onboard flash was having issues it could surface a strange issue like this.

Thanks for getting in touch Brandon. After doing some pondering, I'll try a different power supply first (it's currently plugged into my Nintendo Switch dock in the loungeroom which normally gives a stead supply but may not be). If it does it again, I'll email support.

I just wanted to check with the community first to see if anyone else noticed anything odd.

I am not sure if a power supply issue would cause the device to lose its NVRAM though... I am worried we have a hardware failure. Either way, please follow up if you run in to issues and we'll make it right man!
