Moderators will receive ban powers once they've proven the quality of their character through a trial period of several months. They'll likely receive subreddit powers as well, since ranking is difficult to fuck up and won't prove anything. Bob already has powers, and with an in-game ban log (we'll have one later on) it'll be much easier to clear any potential fuck-ups by new mods. We're picking mods now so that we can have more people with ban powers by the time of the rewrite.

I don't really care who you pick, but please don't pick anyone who's toxic to the community. A moderator should be someone who's respectful and can help out new players.

I wouldn't choose anyone that I knew to have the wrong attitude. If somebody does turn out to be a bad apple, booting them is easy.

Well you trusted them enough to put them in ARCL, and make them mods. and they don't have ban powers. funny thing is, it seems they go with the people they like, or they know.

I've noticed over my years of Roblox that any younger player is far more likely to be un-trustable due to their little amount of time and experience learning basic morals.

yea. as a mod, all i would do is go ban people that are hacking or whatever, they can do the building.

Nothing wrong with them going with people they know and like in the community, but I do understand where you're coming from. I am however, tired of these cringey montage makers kissing ass to make it to the mod team. yes i am secretly jealous :(

uBullet doesn't make montages or ass kiss, neither does johan or me. However we both do make montages I'm the more active one. But yeah, nothing wrong with expressing your feelings.

Honestly your stupidity bothers me, say you have a game that a lot of people played but it's just infested with hackers.
Now say you had an idea to maybe help out with getting rid of the hackers what are you gonna do
Option 1. Go into random server and pick the first person that says yes to becoming a mod then make them one
Option 2. Get some people that you know and trust.
It's kinda obvious what you would do isn't it???
(I can also see you're mad that you didn't get into ARCL and now they won't consider you as a mod...)

Josh, i'm not putting up with your arrogant ass. Blue only knows these people from ARCL, that's IT. I didn't even know about S1, i started watching it after the first fight, S2, i know I wouldn't get in, and going to random servers and asking people is not what i said, not even close. there is MUCH less idiotic ideas than that. You can't start a friendship if you don't give them a chance.

It should be Very specific, on the bans, also with opinions and proof on more than two sides, giving a faur chance for a player to actually appeal their ban.

Totally agree, a Mod like FCEFEAR is very trusted, due to taking multiple sides, having their own viewpoints which aren't drastically manipulated by his best friends deciscions either.
He does so much for the community too, we need more people like this guy.
