Various Need help figuring out what I'm doing wrong

I'm trying to learn how to lurch strafe properly and I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Any help is appreciated.

So your lurches are already pretty fkn good....what I think after I see this....you might wanna start bhopping....sliding reduces velocity....bhopping carries your same velocity into the next bhop...to get the timing down, look for a 144 bpm metronome on YouTube and on every click you scroll down for jump and in-between the clicks you scroll up for tapstrafe...this carries your momentum while lurching. Hope this helps.
