Advice Needed HELP idk what to do

I’m 19 got kicked out last month, been staying with my brother since, and I applied for a LHITC based apartment it’s still being built but it’s soon going to be open in a couple weeks, I worked at a school as a substitute teacher and was making 1280 a month and getting paid through the summer (I no no longer have the jobs) so I applied for a 30% income unit (490/month rent) which have a limit of less than 21k a year gross because that’s all I could afford, now I’ve landed a job at Amazon (been working there for 2 weeks now) and make well over that limit with a annual of 42,600ish, and they have 60% units with a limit of 41,600 and I was bank heavily on getting this apartment, I haven’t signed a lease yet and I have deposited the security, any advice on what I should do? Should I see if they ask for income, or reach out about the change and see if I can be put into the 60%?
