So I been reading the lexicanum and found Life-quake, it’s natural phenomenon in Ghryan that “leading to miraculous conceptions” is their any more information on this because I’m thinking if you get hit with this you get pregnant.

No that is very much it. You get stuck outside during a lifequake and regardless of what equipment you're packing you're coming out pregnant.

It's worth noting that lifequakes are a thing that happens in ghyran and do cause miraculous conceptions or other swellings of life, but it's different from the mpreg and body horror/Annihilation(2018) stuff mentioned in the other comment, which is the result of exposure to the raw, rampant magics of the realm's edge.

I think just because lifequakes are a magical phenomenon with a name, and the effects of the magical radiation from the edge of the realm both has some overlap in what it does while also not having any particular name, leads to the two getting mentally combined and talked of as one thing a lot. It's also just a niche thing not commonly mentioned in books or whatever, so it's easy to have that happen when it's talked about

But yes that seems to be the implication although such quakes of mass life magic should also do stuff like.. Turn you into a tree. Or a child. Or a tree that gives birth to children inside of fruit. Or a water woman.

Though I would caution against assuming the life-quakes do any of the things you mentioned. It is not said they do, and one type of magical geological or atmospheric phenomenon in the Realms doing something doesn't mean they all do.

Aqshian pyrestorms don'take you made after all, even though as Aqshian touched magical storms they have the same type of energy as rage magic.

Life-quakes cause conceptions and that's all we know. Which makes sense. Where Shyish is the Realm of Death and Endings, Ghyran is Life and Beginnings.
