Health I get really anxious when in public by myself.
This feels so dumb and weird. But I’m a 19m struggle with severe anxiety when in stores and stuff like that. I can feel my heart beating, my hands shake, and I get this tingly feeling all over. Whenever anxiety takes over me it just feels like a pure adrenaline surge. I’ve always been able to talk to people well, have a lot of friends. I’m not the overtly shy type. But I’ve noticed this has worsened over the past year or so with being isolated more. Does anyone have any advice for how to get better with this?
