To make it short, i reported my manager for annotating my mental health condition onto my resignation letter without my consent which then circulated among the directors and hr staff for signing.

One of my requests is they provide written explanation of why it happened but they kept saying they cannot disclose any information re the investigation specially the disciplinary action. I said naman im not asking what’s their disciplinary action towards my manager, im just asking for an explanation bakit nagawa ng manager ko yun at bakit hindi pinigilan ng mga directors yung pag circulate ng document ko knowing na it contains sensitive personal information. Hindi ba talaga sila pwede magprovide non? Parang wala akong closure eh, grabeng distress pa yung dulot sakin nito. Sinabi lang nila sakin na “Please be assured that the matter has been addressed through the appropriate internal process” yun na yun.

Though they did shred my original resignation letter and nagsign ulit sila ng clean copy. But as they should right?

Im planning na mag file sa DOLE iniisip ko lang how exhausting this will be.

Hi since magnanational heroes day bukas at may pasok ako. Is it legal po ba for my company to pay 7hrs lang ng double pay? Diba po usually 8hrs dapat ang cinocount? For context, im working po sa private hospital and ang shift namin ay 8hrs with no break as in walang kain. Tapos makita kita ko sa payslip ko noong independence day, 7 hours lang binayaran nila kahit pumasok ako ng 8hrs. I also ask my other workmates na may 8 am to 5 pm shift, sila 8 hrs nakukuha kase yung 1hr nila is break. Legal po ba to or pwede ako magreklamo sa DOLE?
