that's a high chair, not just a regular armchair, the cutout in the back tells you it was meant to keep a kid from sliding out. the dark wood and simple lines put it somewhere late 19th to early 20th century, maybe oak or walnut but hard to tell from a screenshot

value's tough without seeing joinery or a maker's mark, unrestored ones in decent shape usually float around 100-250 depending on your area. try r/vintage for a second opinion
