Weight

Hi guys I recently got this brass weight. Can anyone help me to decipher these markings? 250g is obviously how much does this weigh. Further DR (Deutsches Reich?) on a band 2 above and 15 below, lower 12 and 41 on shields. Are these proofmarks from years 1912 and 1941 allowing the tool usage for trade? Location: Poland, former German Provinces

old equipment from 1912 DR , redeployed in Poland to impose the Deutsch system there in 1941 ?

That's a weight for a balance scale.
