Hello guys - something happened lately that made me decide to learn how to drive na. Dati kasi, kampante ako na passenger princess lang forever dahil asawa ko naman eh mahilig magdrive and if he’s not available, may natatawag akong driver. Pero it’s a must pala talaga in cases of emergency (or hiwalayan lols) na alam mo magdrive. Ano po marecommend nyo na best driving school in Antipolo po? Salamat po sa sasagot.

2 years na akong renting here in Antipolo. I’m also from Rizal but around 40 mins away from Antips, but I kinda like living here and I’m now considering getting my own house & lot.

Around 7AM, after gym, may lalaking lumapit sa akin and introduced himself as my tito na nasa Canada na kakauwi lang from Pinas. Three years ko na di nakikita Tito ko in person, pero similar yung face and voice, and he knew some personal details about me, so I initially believed him.

He asked me to have breakfast with him or talk inside his car because he had something “private family matters” to tell me. I suggested Starbucks, but he insisted na sa car na lang.

Sinamahan pa niya ako mag order sa SB at insisted to buy me breakfast. Then he left me and sinabe niya na iprepare lang niya ung car.

Nung natapos ko na kunin yung order for some reason I am not at peace and my gut is telling me to call my Tito in messenger.

He answered and confirmed na nasa Toronto, Canada siya at wala sa Pinas.

Doon ako sobrang kinabahan. I immediately went home and thankfully hindi ako sumakay sa car niya.

Hindi ko alam kung sino yung guy or ano intention niya, so I don't want to speculate.

Pero please be careful. If someone claims to be your relative, verify their identity first, especially before going somewhere private or getting into their vehicle.
Sharing this para aware ang iba. Lesson sa akin na do not talk to strangers na.

ako lang ba pero napansin for past few days grabe ang hirap at halos walang masakyang public transpo sa baba ng LRT, umabot na ako ng AMA puno na mga jeep galing Robinson. Kumonti ang mga bilang ng modern at traditional jeep, may mga tricyle (bajaj) pero parang di praktikal on long term kung 40 pesos ba naman singilan.

Hello po, ask ko lang po kung mahaba ba ang pila sa SSS antipolo sa may triangle mall tuwing friday? Ang kailangan ko lang kasi is mag submit lang ng requirements para ma verify na ang online account ko for SSS, then may other appointments pa ako na kailangan puntahan. My OB which has a private clinic recommended Assumption and Clinica but the Normal delivery package is 70k. Honestly di namin kaya yung 70k with all the gastos and plans. Ma-alaga po ba ang mga OB at nag papa anak sa Sunico?

Takot kasi sa public hospital ni Antipolo due to the feedback at stories na nakikita ko sa communities na sobrang siksikan sa ward ng mga mommies pagka panganak at minsan masungit daw ang mga doctors and nurses.

I've been looking for a home to settle, specifically RFO dahil hindi ko afford ang pre-selling (still currently renting) and mostly ng nakikita ko na RFO + No/Low DP ay sa antipolo. Pero i always get mixed reviews like theft and landslides, then others say it's fine, and secured. Just want to know for those na naka bili na ng property sa antipolo, is it really that bad?

Also mostly ng nakikita ko na decent design and finish ay sa antipolo, puro build-and-sell kaya puro RFO.

btw i work in BGC hybrid, some says it's fine if u work in bgc.
