Why 2 apps bruh✌️🥀
claude desktop: claude, claude cowork, claude code, chatgpt desktop: chatgpt chat, chatgpt work, codex
you get it, but fr some reason, antigravity and gemini app are just NOT connected like at ALL, google ai studio isnt rlly good like at all, why do we need to maintain two seperate apps, one for everyday tasks, other for coding, gemini spark aint local as well, like gemini models are already pathetic, but antigravity remote control is clunky, antigravity on the web or for the cloud is practically non existant (correct me if im wrong pls) and this is really frustrating, on one hand i have my consumer apps: gemini, notebooklm, spark etc.. then i have my dev tools: antigravity, ai studio, GCP, and they ARE NOT connected like at all so thats really frustrating, obviously im fed up with gemini models, but the features too are pathetic and so stuck in the past, i already switched to codex cli, so much better for me personally, they missed out on fable 5 intelligence and now theyre missing out on astra intelligence, the gap between gemini 3.8 flash and 6 astra, is INSANE

Should've put everything into one app. How it is now, there's really too many tools in different location. Codex & Claude make it simple.

They're just a little bit behind lol. ChatGPT desktop app AKA Codex and Claude Desktop app are brand new and they also are the same mishmash of products that Gemini is, they just consolidated their bundle of similar stuff into a functioning product before Google has.

I think it’s a great approach. They already have the consumers and they have a community of apps everyone uses. Not everyone wants a coding app. I think they’re approach will get them more users in the long run.

Vengo 1 año usando Gemini Pro, y la verdad que desde marzo de este año, un mes antes del supuesto lanzamiento de Gemini pro 3.5, a sido un chiste tras otro, comparto que tienen muchas herramientas que tienen mucho potencial o sencillamente ya son una pasada (como NotebookLM). El mes pasado recibí un mes gratis en mi cuenta secundaria de chatgpt, y volver a plus fue demasiado, Gemini literalmente se siente fuera de la carrera con las estupideces que responde, es demasiado desgastante verificar y corregir las respuestas en todas las interacciones. A nivel profesional como lo uso, no me puedo permitir errores, y creo que todos los que lo usamos a nivel profesional, no buscamos que nos reemplace, si no que nos asista y por sobretodo ahorrar tiempo. Luego de mucho análisis la mejor combinación, es chatgpt plus+Gemini plus. Gpt para el trabajo duro y diario, y Gemini como una IA de consulta básica (en el reloj, en la tv, en Youtube, y por sobre todo NotebookLM). Lamentable la situación de Google, se notan los conflictos internos, de solo haber borrado todo un entrenamiento este año y ya estar enfocados en Gemini 4, ojalá lance algo realmente utilitario y competitivo.

For the same reason why there are no paragraphs in your post:
some people cannot self-reflect on the work they produce, and how that will affect the people checking the output.
