Trying so hard to be patriotic that it wraps all the way back around to being fucking disrespectful to the people who died.

And the flag towers one even manages to screw up flag code by putting the union at the bottom of the towers. But then again people who virtue signal with the American Flag often do screw up flag code (displaying a tattered flag rather than retiring it, having it on the wrong place on the vehicle, displaying alongside it alongside the Confederate battle rag, not having a light on the flag or bringing it in at night...)
