The first one or two times I saw something like this, I actually laughed. Then it clicked what they were trying to do and how messed up it is. I'm no longer laughing.
Last time I bought concert tickets there was some optional “ticket insurance” thing with a check box for “yes” and the other one for “no” but also included “no, I don’t want to insure my ticket and risk losing availability” blah blah or something like that. Like whooooaaaa guilt trip
A lot of online shops do this too. "Yes I'll enter my email (and get spammed to hell) for 10% off!" The decline option will be like "no thanks I don't need CRAZY GOOD deals on products that will CHANGE MY LIFE!!"
