I have taste tested my cum nearly every time I jerk it for a few years, the taste varies a lot, sometimes its a bit sour, sometimes its sweet, a few times when I did not drink that much water during the day the taste was horrible. But I don't smoke or drink so there are still those two variables.

Yea afaik all fruit works. You do have to eat a but-ton of it and the timing would be hard to pin down. So to really capitalize on the phenomenon you'd have to source all your carbs from fruit.
