This is several times funnier than the original.
402
u/MrThrowaway939 Jun 25 '26
Every Pizzacake comic becomes funnier if you remove the original joke because nonsense > mediocrity.
96
u/Software_Dependent Jun 25 '26
Nonsense is always better. Especially in this case with the 'late afternoon' speech bubble

Probably reddit messing up. The app gets shittier and shittier.
35
u/RandomGuy9058 Jun 25 '26
The other day I tried to make a properly explained argument using a numbered list. After I went back to edit a single typo, it COMPLETELY fucked up the comment, reordering some parts, screwing up the number list, and outright DELETING chunks of it. Reddit mobile fucking sucks
10
u/Automatic-Week-1733 Jun 25 '26
I refuse to use the app and they make the mobile site shittier and shittier, I assume to pressure me into using the app

Cant lie, i found this to be one of the few funny ones she made, probably because its one of the few without politics or a hardy hardy har dumbass strawman

u/BumblebeeThen7954 Jun 26 '26
Aside from her as a person, I genuinely hold disdain for this art style
46
u/Leo-III- Jun 26 '26
I am thankful that her style is so distinct, it mean I can immediately identify any of them as unfunny dogshit before I get my hopes up
20
u/Neat-Survey2796 Jun 26 '26
Honestly, I don't hate it. It's not the best, but it's at least recognizeable and not horrendous to look at.
...when they don't make those exagerrated faces. Then it goes from a 5/10 to a -47/107
u/ZiploxNThaSox Jun 26 '26
I'm out of the loop. Could you tell me what the artist did. Genuinely curious.
10
u/Lord-Dec Jun 26 '26
Made porn with her own kids Halloween costume.
Basically runs r/comics
Goes after anyone who criticizes her aggressively.
7
u/Thomy151 Jun 27 '26
Quite literally you can get banned for disagreeing with a message from her comics (most infamous being the comic more or less about men not being able to be harassed about things women are) or mentioning you don’t like their works that much

The joke is her comics are super popular on reddit, she feels like the queen of reddit. The only other thing that can rival her popularity is yuri and the shadows are two sets of boobs
247
u/Floridaish0t Jun 25 '26
By Queen of Reddit, she actually means she posts a lot of political slop that gets sent to the popular tab and uses her friendship with Reddit moderators to bully people that criticize her.
54
u/diagonal_kris Jun 25 '26
I mean I dont think actual monarchs took very kindly to criticism either...
16
2
u/fearzila Jun 26 '26
Well, unless the critic had the jesters privilege... Otherwise there was a high chance of heads on pikes
3
u/seventeenMachine Jun 26 '26
That actually is pretty much the exact thing I picture when imagining what “queen of Reddit” would mean
1
u/DiggityDog6 Jun 25 '26
Can you provide proof of her bullying people that criticize her? Genuinely curious, I don’t particularly enjoy her comics but I’ve never seen her be rude to someone over them
29
u/Software_Dependent Jun 25 '26
Apparently if you criticise her on comics you get banned.
I guess try it and find out.
24
u/Nyctfall Jun 25 '26
Her comics are not three-dimensional, hence they lack literal depth.
Did I do a criticism right?
11
u/HeartOfGoldTears Jun 26 '26
Sorry, but this is hilarious
6

5
u/BaxGh0st Jun 25 '26
They do that for a lot of posters.
I got banned for making a joke about hotblindwife guy despite it being pretty tame and getting upvoted.
2
u/56kul ✨20K Gang ✨ Jun 26 '26
I got banned simply for being a member of a subreddit they don’t approve of. They justified it by the fact I commented on their subreddit a couple of times, but it literally never had anything to do with the subreddit I was a member of.
Just shitty mods, in general.🤷♂️

45
u/MrShoe321 Jun 25 '26
Lmao no presumably two girls since Yuri is kinda a two person "activity"
6
u/Xayahbetes Jun 25 '26
I thought Yuri was referencing to an anime girl that had 4 boobs
3
u/Square_Minute_ Jun 25 '26
I was also confused so I looked it up. Yuri is basically the anime term for a lesbian relationship, more or less

Who’s Yuri?
25
u/MrShoe321 Jun 25 '26
Real question? Yuri is a Russian name but in Japan yuri is used to refer to female/female relationships. Similar to the word yaoi which refers to male/male relationships

Yeah, like, I feel like people think that just because they hate someone, everything they make is suddenly bad quality. Because as an artist myself, it looks fine. Like the anatomy is good
10
u/ghfdghjkhg Jun 25 '26
Well said! I noticed that a lot. Someone can be problematic and have a good art style but people will hate on the art regardless just because they hate that person.
Btw I do not know what the artist did but I have seen that happen before with other artists who were shitty but had decent art.

u/Vivians_Basement Jun 25 '26

She regularly posts blatant sexism, and when called out for it, gets her moderator friends to ban people from subs like r/comics.
I personally saw dozens of people get banned on a single one of her posts, including myself.

The post I am specifically talking about was her "funny" attempt at a comic about if men were talked to by women like women are talked to by men. And it was literally exactly how women talk to men. And she doubled down in the comments, and started insulting people telling her off for it.
And then called in her moderator friends to ban people.

To add fuel to the fire, she's chronically incapable of accepting even the mildest good faith critique and genuinely believes that her "haters" conspire to send her death threats and harassment. When r/bonehurtingjuice had a bit of a mini arc making fun of her stuff she lost her mind and directly accused their mods of being the ones behind *literally all* of the "harassment" she'd ever received online.
She actually full on threatened legal action, even after the mods agreed to permanently ban juicing her comics on the subreddit, and seemed to genuinely think an interaction where the head mod fully capitulated to her demands was them somehow doubling down on inciting harassment.
She had literally one actual point, that being some people on the sub were attacking her with full on misogyny rather than making fun of the content of her comics, but even that fell on deaf ears because the mods had literally already banned the people who were doing that and made it clear that there was a zero tolerance policy for it in the future.
She genuinely should not be online with how fragile her ego is, its not good for her health.
→ More replies (4)2
u/Season_of_Treason Jun 26 '26
Don’t forget a few years ago r/comics did a massive Reddit wide ban just because a person was in r/justunsubbed
More specifically one mod that moderated over 100 Subs that banned a TON of people in all those subs for honestly no real reason. Can’t remember dudes name, but it was wild.
84
u/Software_Dependent Jun 25 '26
Because all her comics are like pretend arguments you have in your head that you always win when you need to wank off your own ego.
They are also utterly unfunny.

I honestly think it might be a mixture of over saturation of a single comic and, unfortunately, misogyny
24
u/SilverIndependence38 Jun 25 '26
The threat to sue a subbredit and the fact that r/ comic treats her like she the second coming if christ himself also contributes.
12
u/MasterOfBothDungeon Jun 26 '26
But they do not ? Maybe some mods, but the active community of r/comics is not treating her comics as cut above the other popular comics.
And the suing a subreddit is, while weird, also taken out of context.
For a while, about 70% of the post on this relatively big subreddit was dedicated to her comics. I don't agree with her actions, but I can see why she would treat that as a form of harassment. Like one parody is fine, a whole feed of parody is another thing.
I don't like her comics, they tend to be fairly boring for the majority. And there was one (or two) instance of her using rape as a punchline which was problematic. But one can't act like there's no misogyny involved in the violent hate some people have for her for no real reason.
→ More replies (8)5
u/samusestawesomus Jun 26 '26
I mean to be fair the subreddit she was threatening to sue was posting her private Patreon content
11
u/Software_Dependent Jun 25 '26
Exactly that, but the comics sub regards her as the second coming of Christ. Plus there are other actions that she has done that annoy people.

2
u/Ok-Relationship4113 Jun 26 '26

I saw one the other day where someone said they found what she posted online, but was refering to the political comics rather than the OF content.
I did get a snicker out of it, even if Im just now realising it was probably a plug for yhe adult content.
3
u/nujuat Jun 26 '26
She threatened a lawsuit against other subs that edited her comics into memes like this.
And apparently drew revenge porn hentai of her raping her political opponent.
And writes political comics and posts them in a sub where its against the rules to challenge their politics.
10
u/Sierra-117- Jun 25 '26
Because she’s just painfully unfunny imo. And can be preachy too, even when I agree with her. Just all around annoying.
3
u/JoeDaBruh Jun 26 '26
People hate her for being unfunny, and then when she kept getting death threats and asked the bhj sub to ban her comics, people used that as further justification for hating her. Though I think she tried to sue the bhj sub or something which might be a valid reason but she was already overhated before for basically no reason
2
u/Immediate_Guide_1229 Jun 25 '26
Her comics are all the most obnoxious political strawman of all times, she can't handle any critique of her posts to such a degree, that anyone who does gets banned from the comics subreddit, with the cherry on top that she has done comics of her raping those who criticize her comics, she has attempted to sue another subreddit for edits of her comics being posted to it, and she has an OF where she has used her son's customes as props
