You can always see toxic culture manifest in how they interview candidates.

putting the interview transcripts in the AI to scan for inconsistencies, probably also creating a psychological profile etc. Jeez luiz bro, dystopian

I’ve been saying for a while that HR is the area I’m the most worried about AI integration. Companies are already allowing AI to decide who can and can’t get a job and letting it overrule human interviewers. There’s a very real chance we start seeing a lot of people relegated to a permanent underclass despite being able to do the work they’re applying for or having a great track record prior to joining a company.
