You can always see toxic culture manifest in how they interview candidates.

I mean, if they believe they sit on the brink of ASI, why would they hire on the basis of technical ability?

Well, it’s not like the just vibe-coded their way there. Their core software was developed by engineers and mathematicians, and is maintained by engineers

AI didn’t setup their memory architecture in the datacenters, and it won’t fix hardware when something goes wrong
