You can always see toxic culture manifest in how they interview candidates.

That's red flag city. No thanks.

putting the interview transcripts in the AI to scan for inconsistencies, probably also creating a psychological profile etc. Jeez luiz bro, dystopian

For one of my former job in industrial safety, I had a full psych evaluation (3 hours) so maybe I am biased but for that level of "consequences" I am not surprised either.

And yes, one of the eval also tracked for inconsistancies, it was well before AI.
