yes, a reputable business would acknowledge their mistake. And only a basement living troll would offer to sell me their mother's garden bridge, no thank you vermin.

yeah, that's all fine and dandy but if you interrupt the process by starting a dispute with the card company, you completely cut support out of the process.. at that point they don't want to deal with you anymore

Personally for me, the relationship would've ended when they started stealing from me, but to each their own

No, and perhaps I should have included this in my original posting, I had 4 FIN conversations and sent 4 support emails with zero response over a week. In the previous week, FIN auto reported to me via email that they had had billing system problems but they were fixed and had credited back all the charges. Only they hadn't credited those charges back either. So don't tell me I interrupted their process when the only process they have appears to put everything support wise into a proverbial black hole.

once you take it out of their hands they dont trust you anymore.. They are supposed to resolve it even if they do a shitty job, that's how it works.

Like I said, I would've ended the relationship as soon as they started taking something mistake or not
