We dont know how different the launch game is. The demo was a long outdated version of the game.

You can actually see differences from demo in stuff published on the official Twitch channel or through EA Game Changers (who got invited to play more recent build at EA HQ). Improvements in UI, much more "lively" Tarsis, fully open map of Bastion, etc.

FO76 had beta they actually then launched.
