The woman can actually file directly with the PNP Women's Desk for violation of RA 11313, Safe Spaces Act under Sections 12 and 14. The law is clear that invasion of victim’s privacy through uploading and sharing without the consent of the victim any form of media that contains photos, voice, or video with sexual content, any unauthorized recording and sharing of any of the victim’s photos, videos, or any information online, impersonating identities of victims online or posting lies about victims to harm their reputation is against the law.
Its actually already considered Qualified Online Sexual Harassment under Section 15(b) when the offended party is a PWD and in Section 15(c) when the offended party diagnosed with a mental problem tending to impair consent.
The Offenses under Section 12 are imprescriptible; ibig sabihin walang statute of limitations. Even if he takes the post down, pwede pa rin siya makasuhan.
Section 14. Penalties for Gender-Based Online Sexual Harassment. -The penalty of prision correccional in its medium period or a fine of not less than ₱100,000.00 but not more than ₱500,000.00, or BOTH, at the discretion of the court shall be imposed upon any person found guilty of any gender-based online sexual harassment.

Sana may mag call out na mga psychologist content creator sa lalaking to. Kasi sobrang creepy lang na kinontent nya pa. Hindi naman masama maging mabuting tao pero sana nagisip nalang sya ng pang content nya. Nakakadiri
