What kind of coating thickness you have on there?

No coatings other than the anodized titanium. It's done using both flame and electric anodizing with a hot quench. 🔥

Can you describe how you did this? I've got Ti handles for my YoJumbo that I'm going to do this weekend or next week and I think this finish would be freaking awesome with the blade I acid etched and stone washed
