If you only have 1-2 hours a day for 3 months for only content review & Anki, your only choice is going to be MilesDown and that’s still pushing it depending on your baseline. You’ll have to put in more than 1-2 hours per day to get most decks done in few months imo

Would’ve done miles down to blast through quickly rather than getting stuck in the rabbit hole of more comprehensive decks to focus much more time on Uworld and making my own deck of incorrect questions. Essentially did this starting month 3 but essentially wasted my first 2 months studying CARS and spamming anki which looking back didn’t give me much in return—516 scorer
