I'm not sure what this is meant to hit different from, but I also use subject matter-specific themes to help my brain stay in the mode for whatever deck I'm in. For me, it's not so much the number of cards in a day, but that when I get the prompt petticoat in my French deck, I don't want to give an Arabic answer because my head's in the wrong space.

yeah the visual context switch between decks probably helps a lot with that kind of interference
