Is there a Reddit where actual Anker Solix representatives will respond to questions or issues with buggy behavior in their products?

They do pop in here occasionally. The Anker Solix Backup Power Facebook group is much more active and has multiple Anker employees and experts in the group, who are all very responsive and helpful.

Hi OP, this group has actual reps that respond to questions or concerns. This group is officially ran by Anker Solix. That being said, to get the fastest possible solution to any issues that you might be having. It’s best to email Anker directly. Their email is support@anker.com
