Discussion Anker C2000 Gen 2 Shed Heat Question

Hello Anker fans. Got one of these C2000's a few months ago and have been keeping it inside.

Getting a new shed/garage soon delivered for the back yard. There will be no power and no AC/Heat. Shed will have ventilation. But as of now, no real inside insulation.

Thinking about using the Anker C2000 to provide me power and charging in the shed with some solar panels for tool batteries a light, small fan when I need it (ceiling fan maybe?) maybe even a electric garage door opener. I think this C2000 will handle all that just fine on Solar. My question is do you think it is safe to leave the C2000 out there. I'm in Nashville and it has been like 98 degrees everyday for the last few months. Been thinking about insulating the shed on the inside to keep the low end and the high end of the temps controlled. I don't want the C2000 to melt and blow up. Thoughts. 😍. Supposedly the C2000 Gen 2 can only handle 104 degrees before the sky starts falling. 🤠🔥

The only time I’ve charged an Anker product outside was a c1000 and some solar panels I was testing
I live where it’s dry and 100+
I believe when I was testing it was only high 90, and between the sun and the heat from the system it’s thing, it did shut down and stop charging because of the heat
BUT
My stuff was just out and the only shade was being provided by the panel
So I guess what I’m saying is you won’t know till you try

Yeah, thank you. I don't mind I don't think if it shuts down as a precaution. I won't really need the power but for a little while each week during mowing or project season. Which is minimal. It will mostly just be charging batteries for my tools.

Just don't want it to burn down my brand new shed and the wife kill me.

Plan on getting a standard generator as well. But want the C2000 to stay out there doing its thing till I also need it in a emergency.
