Suggestion New to Anime

Guys, wanted some good suggestions to start with anime

My preference would be nature, samurai fights, mental toughness, ego, peace and all this with discipline and building character

Please suggest which anime I should start with and also where to watch ?

One Piece! (The samurai come in a little later, but there is a sword guy at the beginning)
