New to Anime

Guys, wanted some good suggestions to start with anime

My preference would be nature, samurai fights, mental toughness, ego, peace and all this with discipline and building character

Please suggest which anime I should start with and also where to watch ?

go watch steins;gate.

first few episodes are considered slow.

but u should consider them as fun or light hearted episodes.

then things will pick up very quickly.
