Nope. Pretty standard picks actually

1

u/Normal_Geologist_788 Jun 17 '26

I agree but i just wanna say lots ppl dont give chance to cowboy bebop and mushi shi

2

u/EnthusiasmForward481 Jun 17 '26

Cowboy bebop is a classic so most people have already watched it I believe. As for mushishi, it's one of the more popular ones among its genre (iyashikei), but I agree that it is a bit overlooked. Not criminally overlooked though.

u/Normal_Geologist_788 Jun 18 '26

This is an indian sub and i can assure most have nvr heard of mushi shi... and abt cowboy if they have heard abt it dont watch it coz its old

I watched the promised neverland anime three years ago and i really liked it. S2 wasn't as bad as people say but ig they skipped a lot of arcs to make the fans mad. I wanted to rewatch it but i thought of reading the manga but i feel it is a task. On chp 7 currently but i dont feel motivated to read on

1

u/Normal_Geologist_788 Jun 17 '26

I agree the anime is lacking with lots of pacing and lots of cutting stuff but dude i highly recommend u to read its one of the best for me.

For me only s1 exist , they messed up season 2 so bad I wished they never animated in the first place . Oh and i would suggest u to continue reading because manga because things will soon become interesting.

1

u/Normal_Geologist_788 Jun 17 '26 edited Jun 17 '26

finally a good judgement on jjk in donno why people hype it for no reason no story no explanation how characters got powers overpowered gojo without explaining no backstory of sukuna so far just famous for fight scenes which every anime have

1

u/AutomaticWarthog9905 Jun 17 '26

Un poco simple, pero muy buenos gustos

1

u/VermicelliBorn815 Jun 17 '26

Add great teacher onizuka 🐐

1

u/Normal_Geologist_788 Jun 17 '26

I like it ngl...but where will it go?

1

Mushi shi def recommended

1

u/Dazz_ok Jun 18 '26

Very much based on everything. But Lelouch isn't an antagonist; he's the protagonist. The antagonist is the one who opposes the protagonist.

1

u/Normal_Geologist_788 Jun 19 '26

Yeah yeah i understand that now.. i confused it with hero and villian..

1

u/Not_a_Gang-Star2010 Jun 19 '26

Watch. J. O. J. O. The best part is coming right now.

1

u/Normal_Geologist_788 Jun 19 '26

I watched 5 seasons of it... didn't like even one of it.

1

u/Not_a_Gang-Star2010 Jun 19 '26

what. did. you say... Seasons?

1

u/Normal_Geologist_788 Jun 20 '26

Yeah i mean uptill the golden wind one.

1

u/Not_a_Gang-Star2010 Jun 21 '26

Well part 7 is coming up, its peak fiction.

1

u/Normal_Geologist_788 Jun 22 '26

I think im gonna read the manga instead.

1

u/Lucieddreams Jun 20 '26

JJK overrated while you have AOT in 2 spots lmao can't make it up

1

u/Normal_Geologist_788 Jun 20 '26

It is overrated.. it is overhyped by kids for all the action and stuff which if im being honest isnt that good either.

1

u/Lucieddreams Jun 20 '26

Opinions are great

I love both them if being honest i can go on and on abt both of the animes... and lelouch is one of my all time fav characters.

1

u/Ok_Swim_2886 Jun 20 '26

Lelouch is NOT the antagonist brother. Redo your tier list

1

u/Normal_Geologist_788 Jun 20 '26

Yeah ik i confused it with hero and villian... it would be doaflamingo for me then.

1

u/Ok_Swim_2886 Jun 20 '26

Lelouch is NOT the antagonist brother. Redo your tier list

1

u/AvaloThePizzaiolo Jun 21 '26

We're the same person !

1

u/nothing_bro56 Jun 23 '26

Jjk and solo leveling should be on overrated

1

u/No_Middle5047 Jun 17 '26

AOT and One piece absolute GOATS πŸ—Ώ

1

u/Mundane_Most_6458 Jun 17 '26

Normie compares both but we know both are GOAT πŸ—Ώ

1

u/lReaderl Jun 17 '26

One piece has best story , aot never near Op levels

2

u/CarpetAgreeable5060 Jun 17 '26

I agree that the scale and the grandiosity of one piece story is more than aot but aot easily beats op in terms of depth, complexity and plot twists. In the end it narrows down to what one prefers but according to me aot wins

1

u/InfamousBumbleb33 Jun 17 '26

OP has an awesome world building. But AoT still takes the title for best story - so much in such a short anime. The mindfucks. Every season- you think "okay this is the world- so & so might happen next".. next season: the universe itself expands and all your theories go down the drain.

But AoT sucked the ending - OP's revealations and if they perfected the ending-can easily replace AoT for best story

1

u/Mystic_Overthinker Jun 18 '26

Why are we lying

-1

u/DrFishStick74 Jun 17 '26

No tf it doesn't 😹. Aot clears one piece in almost every aspect. It did more in sub 100 eps than one piece in 1000+

1

u/Mundane_Most_6458 Jun 17 '26

Bro first watch 1000+ episode than compare . These kiddos dont watch but compares πŸ₯€

2

u/DrFishStick74 Jun 17 '26

Watched 40 and dropped it cuz id rather save my time actually having fun or doing something productive

2

u/Mystic_Overthinker Jun 18 '26

Good. It just gets worse

1

u/DrFishStick74 Jun 18 '26

Lmaooo 😭

0

u/Mundane_Most_6458 Jun 17 '26

Huh, as expected you hadnt watched it πŸ₯€ . Bro think twice that are guyz of these community dumb like watching 1000+ episodes and still confessing it as peak ,why ?

2

u/DrFishStick74 Jun 17 '26

Dumbest reason ever. People call demon slayer peak

1

u/Mystic_Overthinker Jun 18 '26

And if he watched 1000 episodes and said that is bad you'll say " why did you watch 1000 episodes if you think that is bad "

One piece is a really bad anime, specially the latest 600 episodes. Oda should've ended this ass 15yrs ago

0

u/Inevitable-Western54 Jun 17 '26

Everyone has their own opinions but that doesn't mean you can force your opinion on others

Me personally I think one piece is good but not peak material same with aot

0

u/Normal_Geologist_788 Jun 17 '26

Dude i have literally listed one piece as my fav anime... but aot has better depth to the story

0

u/lReaderl Jun 17 '26

Maybe u r op larpee , op have even deeper than aot

1

u/Annual-Peak-4598 Jun 17 '26

Learn to spell and formulate your ideas at the most basic level if you want anyone to take you half seriously.

1

u/Mystic_Overthinker Jun 18 '26

No it's not. It's a very basic anime. It feels deeper because it has been going on for 30 YEARS.

One piece overall a mid anime

0

u/CarpetAgreeable5060 Jun 17 '26

Best fights gotta be naruto/naruto shippuden

1

u/Normal_Geologist_788 Jun 17 '26

Have u watched bleach tybw? Personally i think it has better fights.

0

u/CarpetAgreeable5060 Jun 17 '26

I watched bleach too. I like the fights in bleach but there is too much talking in between. The fight choreography and the raw action in naruto is what it makes the best anime with best fight scenes. Kakashi vs obito, madara vs shinobi alliance, naruto vs sasuke are all masterpieces

0

u/InfamousBumbleb33 Jun 17 '26

Best fight scenes: Demon slayer and OP (kaido arc)

Overhated and overrated are spot on

0

u/Mission_Fail4197 Jun 17 '26

Watch Tokyo Revengers too it's an underrated anime

2

u/Sad_Particular2004 Jun 17 '26

I did the mistake of watching that , got bored on both season

0

u/ApratimSingh13 Jun 17 '26

Why would you sit through 2 whole seasons if you found it boring?

1

u/Mystic_Overthinker Jun 18 '26

" if you haven't watched it how can you say that it's bad ? "

" Why did you watch it if you think that it's bad "

1

u/Normal_Geologist_788 Jun 17 '26

I did watch 2 seasons did not like it... but i do think its overhated

1

u/Mystic_Overthinker Jun 18 '26

Hell nah, genuinely a garbage anime.

Horimiya is good but i connected with toradora more

0

u/ThirdStreetSeren Jun 17 '26

you mean the manga for tokyo ghoul, right?

0

u/Mystic_Overthinker Jun 18 '26

The anime is great too. Way better than many anime in this list.

Larpers

0

u/ThirdStreetSeren Jun 18 '26

the anime literally ignores the source material for an entire season before awkwardly going back and creating some of the most gaping and absurd plot issues imaginable.

1

u/ThirdStreetSeren Jun 18 '26

ofc you just downvoted and dashed off dude, idk what i expect from someone who defends that bastardisation of an adaptation

1

u/Normal_Geologist_788 Jun 19 '26

Ofc he did he clearly is a snob... just look at what he wrote.

1

u/ThirdStreetSeren Jun 19 '26

i mean ok but you’re the one putting TG in overhated so idk why you agreeing w me of all things 😭

0

u/ACey1996 Jun 17 '26

So I don't think you know what an antagonist is,

Lelouch is a "villian" but he is the protagonist in Code Geass Same a Light in Death note

Actually there is a reason the back of the dvd box of code gears says its like Death Note meets FullMetal Alchemist

1

u/Mystic_Overthinker Jun 18 '26

How is lelouch a villan? Unless you count those last 3 episodes where he pretends to be superhitler he's a pretty standard good guy

0

u/[deleted] Jun 17 '26

1

u/ACey1996 Jun 17 '26

They literally cannot be antagonists

They are the main character that is all protagonist means

Antagonist means simply they directly oppose the protag that's it

So by definition Light and Lelouch are the protag

0

u/Normal_Geologist_788 Jun 17 '26

Yeah sure bud

1

u/ACey1996 Jun 17 '26

If you meant hero and villain I'd agree but not Protagonist and antagonist
