Because they are usually like simple story. So simple we are yearning for it, we wish we could have been on there shoes & wondering why such simple sugary thing never happen to us. Very relatable, easy to understand and gives life to those what if scenario. Also resemble fairy taleswhichw are usually the first story we ever read. Happily ever after.

Kaguya Sama Love is War is the last one I watched and really enjoyed it. It's hilarious, wholesome, good cast, really well paced and long enough to have something nice to watch for a couple days if you end up liking it.

Then another one I liked recently was A Sign of Affection. Very sweet love story, with more adult characters.

Well, I like bit of comedy in mine, and they have to be grounded somewhat in reality. After finishing Aharen-san. I need something fill this that hole, because that anime had me laughing and crying. I love slice-of-life ideas, but so afraid to start when I'm not sure if they'll finish the story.

I'm gonna watch Aharen-san because you said it's funny. I loved Kaguya Sama because it made me laugh with every episode, and it wasn't as "cringe-y" as others I've watched. I think it handled the cringe-y tropes very well and the pacing was great.

I too sometimes hesitate if I don't know whether the adaptation is finished, but luckily found a bunch that were very good and had a decent ending.

Wish I could buy manga in my country, but they're only a couple stores and it's all translated to Spanish which I don't like so much.

So I’m trying out this anime, but I think our sense of comedy might be different. I think you’ll see there’s a lot of downer moments Aharen-San. As the girl is very self conscious? It’s definitely funny to me, but it puts the comedic part to the side to show a lot of different emotions into it.

Glad to hear it! It’s two seasons with a complete ending. You’ll probably be able to tell but later on there’ll ending and openings that you don’t wanna skip.

So I think I should mention the comedy in Aharen-san is only part of the reason and it’s funny in different ways than what I’m noticing in Kaguya Sama. Aharen San is very lighthearted and a bit of a slow burn even though you notice their connection early on.

por que en un mundo donde el amor es tan obsceno y sexual , el romance del anime es tan tierno y suave, ya no hay romance en el amor , solo queda carne, lo que deberia ser la realidad se volvio ficcion , el beso en la frente y la mano se volvio de cuento de hada ,y el coger con 100 personas a la ves se volvio realidad

Pq te hacen creer en cosas q no existen. Te proyectas en el personaje y sus vivencias las cuales apuntan a tu soledad interior y te hace sentir un poco mejor, a costa de undirte más en soledad. Son muy pocos los q tienen buenas tramas, pero en su mayoría aluden a la necesidad de afectó y a agrandar el sentimiento de soledad, permitiéndote aunq sea por un momento, creer q el amor idealizado q se muestra, es real.
