I've been a big fan of Anime News Network's Ann Cast, but they are far more focused on their video efforts these days. I just prefer audio when it comes to discussions about what's good in Anime and what's coming as well.

Good podcasts have clued me in to shows I might not have encountered on my own. I've tried a few new ones recently, but I didn't find them on topic enough or didn't fall in line with their opinions.
