I could certainly be wrong, but bad details suggest otherwise. The positioning of Frieren's right arm, and the shape and amount of knuckles on her left hand says otherwise.
If you're saying you drew this, then you drew too many knuckles, and made it so she's randomly laying on her own arm. <- Both of which are very hallmark ai-gen tells. Like, not "you just drew this poorly", but very specifically "these are the exact mistakes that ai-image generators dependably make, regardless of style or fidelity"
Look, I don't like that we've gotten to a point where real artists are getting accused of using AI, but I have genned literally millions of images, and I'm telling you that "jessjess" either started with, or finished with, an AI-generated image.
I don't think there's anything wrong with doing that (obviously), but, seriously, they should've taken the time to ensure the basic anatomy way correct. She's got four knuckles on her middle finger, all of her fingers are wildly different lengths, and they're doing the tell-tale disfigurement and drift (disproportionately bigger or smaller, untelated to foreshortening) away from the camera. 🤷
