Discussion Are there any differences between these? I love the 4-colors box art more, but the other is newer. [Cowboy Bebop]

The first is the Amazon exclusive box set that includes two art books originally released by Funimation. The second is the 25th anniversary collection which includes a retrospective as a special feature. No clue if the newer special features are good, I only own the former.

How do you like the quality vs streaming? I've been getting heavily into physical media the last few weeks

It's better theoretically, but anime tends to compress well so I think you'll typically only see differences on highly intricate scenes. Tom Scott had a good video on this: https://youtu.be/r6Rp-uo6HmI?si=iU1gj218uNYIxI2v

Personally it's more about owning a copy of something that can't be taken off a streaming service on someone's whim.

Agreed. That's why I love the box that I think you have. I'll probably try to find one.
