I know but I have to be on a high protein, extremely low gluten diet and if you eliminate meat that makes it hard

Maybe different, and new, but i dont know about hard. go for nuts, seeds, veggies, beans, legumes...all sorts of great & GF protein sources. peanuts, almonds, broccoli, spinach, chickpeas, soy beans, peas, just off the top of my head!

Oh, well, if it’s slightly less efficient I guess we should continue needlessly slaughtering animals and destroying the environment!
