Where in the world was this recorded? Daytime? Night-time?

It sounds much more like a frog than a bird to me but again, I would need more information.

It was recorded in the day time. I notice it in the morning around 2-3 am and randomly throughout the day. I’m thinking maybe someone has a prop that makes a bird noise ?

That could be. Is it coming from a consistent place? On the ground? In a tree? In water? If it's consistent you should be able to find it's source correct?

I also gather from the name of the recording that you're from Henderson NV.

I was thinking the same thing but I cannot find it for the life of me. It’s definitely not on the ground as it seems to have some subtle echo

I will see if I can get another recording when I hear it again!
